Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor or Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Science back ground preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Data analysis - Need to do data analysis and look into monthly trends of each KPI (key performance indicator) and control them after setting a benchmark.
∎ Style simplification and method improvement - after order confirmation, need to re
∎ Analyze the evaluated garment for better and more economical methods to reduce the
∎ labor cost per garment to stay within a safe margin.
∎ Ensure the Operation bulletin and Boom sheet prior to garments production.
∎ Ensure thread consumption.
∎ Manpower requirement - Department wise Manpower requirement rationalization
∎ based on target strength ratio
∎ The person would be responsible for coordination with other department heads for the
∎ following:
∎ Co-ordination with the planning department for allocation of similar styles, capacity
∎ plans, line plans and factory monthly plan based on the history of line and factory
∎ efficiency
∎ Co-ordination with planning department for improving the pre- production activities
∎ Coordination with Factory manager for cut plan and finishing plan based on delivery
∎ priority.
∎ Co-ordination with Human Resource department for training progress (fresh training
∎ and multi-skill training)
∎ Doing research and explore new machinery and latest systems that meets companies
∎ long term goal.
∎ Must take initiative on lean manufacturing, learning of lean tools and looking for scope
∎ of implementation in the factory.
∎ CM estimation - Providing estimated labor cost (CM) and productivity to
∎ merchandising department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have knowledge on Outer Wear, Bottom, Seam Sealing garments production,
∎ Cutting, Sewing & Finishing.
∎ Improve efficiency, eliminate waste, and reduce idle time.
∎ Best utilization of man and machine.
∎ Analyze samples in the development stage and ensure the right SMV.
∎ Should have experience in modern IE techniques.
∎ Should be knowledgeable on process optimization.
