Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Tax expert who will play a crucial role in ensuring the company`s tax strategy is optimized, risks are managed effectively, and compliance with laws is maintained, contributing to the company`s financial success and reputation and also able to lead and manage a team to reach company`s goal.
∎
∎ This position entails the autonomous management of the entire income tax obligations for a company, encompassing both corporate income tax and the personal income tax of its Directors.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Independently manage and oversee the entire spectrum of the company's income tax compliance, covering tax regulations, ensuring accurate and timely filings and documentation.
∎ Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
∎ Manage the personal income tax affairs of the Directors, ensuring their tax compliance and maximizing tax efficiency.
∎ Identify potential tax risks and implement measures to mitigate these risks effectively.
∎ Serve as the main point of contact for tax authorities during audits and inquiries, ensuring all required documentation and responses are provided promptly and accurately.
∎ Prepare all tax papers in regular basis and handle all information data requests.
∎ To communicate with government regulatory bodies / Tax consultants regarding tax-related issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
Salary: Tk. 95000 - 100000 (Monthly)
