∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ 1. Hands-on experience on Mikrotik Routers and Cisco Cisco Switch, Cambium AP, IPTSP Server, DHCP, Network Management System (NMS), ACL, Dynamic (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and static Routing Protocols, Switching, DNS, VLAN, PBR, Ether Channel, Stacking.
∎ 2. CCNA & MTCNA certification is required.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for an IT Manager to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company's computing needs.
∎ 1. Lead IT team and ensure maximum satisfaction in end-user IT service support.
∎ 2. Manage, monitor and ensure smooth operation and performance of the Network. Perform regular maintenance, fine tuning, efficient troubleshooting of network problems and escalating issues to vendor where applicable.
∎ 3. Implement new infrastructure projects within timeline and provide service support for daily operation.
∎ 4. Implement and ensure secure infrastructure through access policies, firewall rules and best practices with endpoint security tools. Ensure servers and applications security and corporate data safeguard.
∎ 5. Practical knowledge on Active Directory Organization Units structure, Microsoft Exchange architecture, Security, GPO, DFS, SDS, Synology storage.
∎ 6. Good knowledge/experience on Linux based servers (CentOS/ Red Hat) to manage services like Apache, FTP, SQL. Practical knowledge on AWS, Azure VM management.
∎ 7. Perform complex Windows and Linux based issue resolution, correlation and root cause analysis on recurring issues and analytics for trend analysis. Conducting root cause analysis, SWAT analysis, Change management, Issue Management
∎ 8. Plan, procure, install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot windows and Linux based systems and services.
∎ 9. Maintain software-based inventory of all assets.
∎ 10. Take periodic backup and regular initiative. Perform any other tasks given by management
