Job Responsibilities:
∎ Efficiency in supervising and managing of ICT operations (e.g. day to day operations and maintenance of security, Back up, Disaster recovery of the installed equipment etc.)
∎ Capability in management and maintenance of IT infra-structure in comprehensive standard
∎ Correctness in maintaining computer software library and appropriate software licensing
∎ Efficiency in running website management
∎ Appropriateness in managing the LAN/WAN network equipment
∎ Timeliness and punctuality in maintenance , research and services owing to improve operational efficiency of office IT system
∎ Effectiveness in performing the task of hardware trouble shooting and skills in coordinating with vendors for warranty and spare replacement
∎ Attention, timeliness and efficiency in terms of monitoring and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN/Intranet etc.
∎ logicality in running Research, Evaluation and Recommendation in terms of procuring new software and hardware
∎ Placing order for new hardware and software in timely manner and ensuring quality of the products
∎ Supervisory/Managerial ability to coordinate with various departments including IT Team owing to respond to IT needs of school
∎ Pro activeness in role playing with the IT staff in terms of identifying and solving IT related problems
∎ Research and evaluate new technologies
∎ Develop & Run security reports on Network/Email security
∎ Setting up new users and management of security, passwords and backup
∎ Investigating and diagnosing network/server problems
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skill in English
∎ Prior experience in similar role will get preference
∎ Experience with reputed English medium school will be given preference
∎ Very good knowledge on data recovery and disaster management.
∎ Good knowledge on computer hardware maintenance
∎ Should have experience in software maintenance and email setup (Outlook)
∎ Good knowledge on Network administration and configuration
∎ To work as troubleshooter of all IT related equipment's like computer, Internet, server, IP camera etc.
∎ Knowledge in Network printer troubleshooting, PABX troubleshooting
∎ Cyber security exposure desirable but not essential
∎ Energetic & Dedicated about work
∎ Ability to work under pressure
Salary:

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ On completion of probationary period successfully, the incumbent will be eligible for taking leave as per schooll's leave policy and on completion of 1 year of service, the incumbent will be eligible to be the member of Staff Provident Fund.
