∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an ASP .Net Core C# Developer, with strong technical skills and expertise in C# .NET, ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API;
∎ Age requirements will be relaxed for experienced candidates;
∎ Able to learn new technologies, tools, and techniques quickly and with minimal supervision;
∎ Good interpersonal communication& Leadership skills;
∎ Strong knowledge of OOP (Object Oriented Programming).
∎ Must have professional experience in core application development using C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core MVC, Entity Framework, Entity Framework Core, Routing, Model Binding, and Restful Web APIs.
∎ Must have professional experience on front-end design/development using JavaScript, Ajax, JQuery, Bootstrap, and HTML & CSS.
∎ Must have good knowledge of MS SQL Server 2022 with good knowledge on stored procedures, Functions, Indexing; Table partitioning, Query Optimization and Database Performance Optimization.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, MSSQL Server, and JavaScript and JQuery development.
∎ Knowledge of Software Development Architecture, Software Development Life Cycle.
∎ Knowledge of standard practices like SOLID principles will add value.
∎ Knowledge of data migration using SSMA (SQL Server Migration Assistant).
∎ Good to have knowledge in SSIS, SSRS and Crystal Reports.
∎ Must be familiar with latest Visual Studio and SSMS.
∎ Experience using TFS, GitHub/Others for source control.
∎ Knowledge ofASP.NET Core Linux deployment.
∎ Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
∎ Understanding of Agile methodologies.
∎ Proven working experience as an Manager IT or relevant experience.
∎ Hands-on experience with computer networks,
∎ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

∎ Revise, update, refactor and debug code.
∎ Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
∎ Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
∎ Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
∎ Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
∎ Develop and implement policies related to network security, disaster recovery, and IT infrastructure.
∎ Analyze resource utilization and develop strategies to optimize performance.
∎ Establish, measure, and define IT goals and maintain an IT roadmap.
∎ Monitor and analyze the success of IT initiatives and projects and continually develop and evaluate new technologies and tools for the company·
∎ Manage development projects to integrate new technologies into existing systems.
∎ Establish a security policy to protect company information and resources.
∎ Prepare cost–benefit analyses when upgrades are necessary, and monitor vendors to ensure that they’re offering the best-possible service and value for business needs
∎ Follow up on the IT team’s work and responsibilities.
∎ Re-arrange if necessary if it works efficiently.

∎ Christian Service Society (CSS), a national NGO, has been implementing various projects and programs throughout the county for the well-being of the poor and disadvantaged. We are currently seeking an expert "Manager IT" who will be primarily for designing and implementing applications from the ground up and maintaining existing systems. We are looking for an experienced ASP.NET developer to join our team who will contribute to the design and implementation of existing applications and help us build innovative and scalable software solutions on the MVC platform.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ After being permanent upon successful completion of the probation period (six months), other benefits will be provided as per the organizational policy i.e., provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus, yearly increment, staff insurance (kormi Bima), medical allowance (Kormi Sohayota Tohobil) etc.
