Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
∎ Aspiring candidates should have First class/division or CGPA 4.0 in the scale of 5.0 or CGPA 3.0 in the scale of 4.0
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Professional Certification holder will be Preferred
∎ Skills Required: ERP systems manage, MIS
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Stack holding of the technologies (IT Infrastructure and MIS) of ongoing ERP systems project
∎ Implementation and rollout of ongoing full ERP systems in a real-time visible result
∎ Post implementation management and maintenance of the ERP systems and monitoring data, data flow & systems, data life cycle etc.
∎ Adequate understanding of the current business, business process and innovation of efficient & effective process flow
∎ Database administration/management, data analysis and reporting of the ERP systems
∎ Architecting, implementation and maintenance of allied IT infrastructure required for the ERP systems
∎ Coordination and relationship development between internal businesses stack holders and third-party contractors, vendors and consultants to perform the required tasks/jobs
∎ Recording and managing ERP systems activities, change management (application and database) for both Head Office and Factory
∎ Managed control protocols for LAN/WAN infrastructure. Ensured proper DNS, IP, Firewall, VPN and configuration, local server & Networks.
∎ Router, Switch, LAN, WAN Installation Configuration computer networks including hardware/software support.
∎ Plans, designs and implements data connectivity for local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) systems. Creating, implementing and maintains user accounts, profiles, file sharing, access privileges and security policies;
∎ Perform penetration tests on computer systems, networks and applications
∎ Firewall, Router, Switch Configuration Audit
∎ Maintenance of User Access Control and management strictly and Manage security systems alone with all DVR/NVR and CC Cameras. Network device Configuration and Implementations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years of practical work experience in the similar jobs (IT & MIS) in Knit composite garment factory and minimum of 3 years work experience in software design, development and implementation in web platform
∎ Candidates having experience with KANDAREE, KORMEE, DHIRAJ including all its modules (such as Merchandising, IE/Planning, Inventory, Commercial, Procurement, Accounting, Fixed Asset Management, Production Module etc.)
∎ Skill and experience in Net frame work, C+/C# language, MSSQL/Oracle database, crystal report etc.
∎ Strong understanding of Server configuration (Windows/Linux), data center management etc.
∎ Successful implementer of ERP systems will be given preference
∎ Good understanding of Accounting, Financial applications and systems as well as have to work other functional team .
