Dyeing/ Washing, Fabric testing, Lab testing, Physical Testing, Textile Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Garments Accessories
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the laboratory staff with a smart planning, monitoring and control.
∎ Co-ordinate all testing procedures in a manner that's most efficient.
∎ Must have the sound knowledge of producing accurate and reliable results.
∎ Maintain best quality standards in testing.
∎ Maintain highest TAT (Turnaround time) Ensure timely delivery of test results.
∎ Ensure decisions of accepting or rejecting any report should be taken after accurate tests.
∎ Maintain of routine logs and laboratory notes.
∎ Reviewing the non-confirming points and analyzing the root cause & suggesting corrective or preventive action for testing problems.
∎ To ensure monthly program to develop technical skill of staff.
∎ Ensuring timely calibration/verification & maintenance of test equipment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Work experience in accredited laboratory (Globally Accepted 3rd party testing Laboratory like, SGS, BV, ITS, TUV Sud, TUV Rhineland) will get extra priority,
∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to work in cooperation and collaboration with all levels of employees.
