Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute Lean Management concept in whole Organization
∎ Manage Lean implementation policies
∎ Conduct awareness sessions and evaluate the learning level
∎ Analyze Scope of Improvement, design Improvement ideas and execute the program
∎ Work with business heads, and LEAN Champions, to build a continuous improvement environment to support an ongoing program of change
∎ Develop internal Lean Leadership for sustainable development of organizational culture
∎ Manage relevant Plant-wise Lean Department and provide guidance to develop future leaders
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Minimum 2 Years experience needed in Managerial role
∎ Membership of an industry related professional body would be advantageous
∎ Green Belt in Six Sigma or equivalent qualification would be advantageous
∎ Experience to work in Operations/Production Floor
∎ Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members
∎ Excellent managerial capability and man- management skills
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills
∎ Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
∎ Excellent Listening Power
∎ Creative Thinking
