∎ Candidate must have the proven working experience of 5 years in the field of legal activities in a high rise commercial building.
∎ Candidates must have enrollment (Sanad) as Advocate with Bangladesh Bar Council.
∎ Candidate of cumilla will be preferable
∎ Computer Literate

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To Prepare Legal opinion of land for joint venture development (Land Procurement)
∎ To Prepare bilateral Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney, Sale deed, Sub-cobla deed etc in Bangali & English.
∎ To look & handle legal site of company (like Thana, court, local people, owner & client etc)
∎ To do mutation of land, sale permission, Power acceptance from related Govt. dept etc.
∎ Intraco Properties Limited is looking for a expert Manager, Legal for handling all kinds of legal activities of newly established project Intraco Hedya Tower, Jhautola, Cumilla.
