Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or B.Sc in Textile Eng. With Sufficient knowledge in Textile Machinery Maintenance and Operation.
∎ Skills Required: Maintenance, Shipping
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Maintenannce
Job Responsibilities:
∎ You will remain as the overall responsible officer for the maintenance works of all machineries of the Factory.
∎ You will have to work as the team leader of the maintenance team to keep those machines functional / operational at all times.
∎ Responsible for smooth functioning of machineries and its related supporting equipments.
∎ Responsible for following Machineries:
∎ Rotor Unit:
∎ Rieter BT 923 OE.
∎ Schlafhorst Auto Coro AC-12 360/360 SPLS.
∎ Blow Room, Carding & Drawing from Truetzschler.
∎ Complete Humidification and Waste collection System from Bestair Engineering Co. Ltd.
∎ Screw Chiller from Carrier.
∎ Ring Unit:
∎ Draw Frame from Rieter CZ A.S. Czech.
∎ Ring Frame from Marzoli, Dong Dai.
∎ Blow Room & Card TC-11.
∎ Murata Cone Winders (Q Pro).
∎ Simplex Murata FL-200 and Hongyuan, China.
∎ Xorella Heat Setting M/C from Fong's Europe GMBH.
∎ Performing any other assignment as and when required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have sound experience to handle Textile Machinery and equipments.
∎ Have Leadership quality and will lead the Mechanical team.
∎ Have Good communication in English and negotiation skill.
∎ Have Excellent knowledge in Computer Applications.
Salary: Negotiable
