Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all machinery, equipment, and facilities to minimize downtime.
∎ Lead, supervise, and support maintenance staff, including technicians and contractors.
∎ Oversee and participate in the diagnosis and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
∎ Manage spare parts inventory and ensure critical components are always in stock.
∎ Coordinate procurement of tools, parts, and equipment.
∎ Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
∎ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, machine history, and downtime logs.
∎ Coordinate installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment or machinery upgrades.
∎ Identify opportunities to reduce maintenance costs without compromising reliability or safety.
∎ Identify opportunities to improve machine reliability, reduce energy consumption, and lower maintenance costs.

This role is critical in overseeing the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of maintenance operations across our advanced production units. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring uninterrupted production by developing and executing proactive maintenance strategies across our Cable, Metal-MS & GI Pipes, and Battery Business Units.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
