Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years working experience in modern spinning mills at Managerial level
∎ Or
∎ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 08 years working experience in modern spinning mills at Managerial level
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Installation and Maintenance, Maintenannce
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Spinning, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all maintenance activities from blow room to finishing.
∎ Planning of preventive and plant replacement Maintenance schedule.
∎ To follow up and checking the accuracy of Erection and Installation works of Machineries from blowroom to finishing.
∎ Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
∎ Spare parts requirement and get approval from management.
∎ Developing maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation.
∎ Allocate work as per requirements.
∎ To monitor spare parts inventory on shop-floor and store.
∎ To monitor and control expenses as per budget for maintenance.
∎ Regular follow ups with purchase department regarding spare parts requirements.
∎ To ensure quality of incoming materials (Spare parts) and availability on time.
∎ To maintain desired optimum output (productivity) with best product quality.
∎ Waste generation is optimized properly according to quality needs.
∎ Machine health & availability is maintained by with best work practices & reducing breakdowns.
∎ Carrying out inspections of housekeeping and m/c health to identify and resolve issues.
∎ To ensure minimum break down by best maintenance practices.
∎ To reduce machine down time during preventive and schedule maintenance.
∎ To reduce consumption of regular consumables for ex. oil, grease, belt and bearings by monitoring maintenance practices and analysis of repeated failures.
∎ Carry out the responsibilities as assigned by the management in time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have capacity for trouble shooting of any Maintenance issues and problem-solving capacity of the factory.
∎ Must have knowledge and experience handling with Trutzschler Blowroom,Carding & Drawing. Toyota Simplex & LAKSHMI LR-9 AX Ring Frame, MURATEC Q Pro Autoconer, Westriver A/C Plant. Genbacher Generator & 11KVA & 33KVA Sub Station. Compressors.
∎ Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
∎ Sound knowledge with MS-Word, Microsoft Excel & Internet Browsing.
