Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, organize and control all maintenance work of Plants with production lines to ensure that plant and equipment is maintained to the required standards of quality and availability, maintain a regular coordination with other functions to ensure that plant and equipment is available to meet operational requirements as per standard. Execute the preventive maintenance schedule and ensure that all necessary maintenance at the appropriate time. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the plant and equipment and maintain effective working relationships. Monitor all maintenance work to ensure that it complies with all health and safety requirements, Prepare Department Wise Yearly Maintenance calendar and timely implementation, Maintain minimal spares stocks and place orders when necessary.
