Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting or Finance, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting or Finance
∎ Minimum CA course completed from a reputed CA firm
∎ Minimum CA Application/Professional Level passed
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having practical knowledge regarding standard setting of multiple products and activities.
∎ Deep understanding of forecasting methods and techniques.
∎ Monthly Comparison of actual results with standard and interpreting the results of operation and timely submit the report to CFO.
∎ Preparing a report when required by CFO for the root causes for an unfavorable event or operations with real reasons and responsible persons.
∎ Analytical capability to find out untapped opportunities consistent with the objectives of the business.
∎ Capability to perform sensitivity analysis of different situations.
∎ Analytical capability to find out areas of improvement.
∎ Updated knowledge of fiscal and monetary policy to appraise the impact over the business activities.
∎ Preparation of annual operational plan and develop tools and techniques to measure the effectiveness of plan.
∎ Recommending best alternative decision after cost-benefit analysis.
∎ Determining break-even point and margin of safety for different types of product.
∎ Benchmarking of activities with major competitors and best international practices.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years practical experience in a reputed FMCG Company and Textile.
