Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Engineering prefer major in IPE
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have knowledge on Knit Textile production, Knitting, Dyeing & Dyeing Finishing.
∎ Should have experience in modern IE techniques & on process optimization in Knit fabric Textile mill.
∎ The Candidate will be responsible for draft and design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to maximise utilization.
∎ Coordinate and stream line production process to resolve production problems and maximize product reliability.
∎ Review the current policies and improve plans to improve upon the existing standards and train the concern responsible to increase productivity.
∎ Doing research and explore new machinery and latest systems that meets company’s long term goal.
∎ Arrange and co-ordinate proper motivation & professional training on SOP for improved processes.
∎ Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards.
∎ Works on head count requirement by machine layout and update head count allocation of various production departments.
∎ Determine both workers and machines efficiency and ways to enhance efficiency, eliminate waste, and reduce idle time by best utilization of available resources.
∎ Find out bottleneck at the time of production, find out root cause and give proper solution. Follow up & find out daily basis efficiency, performance, wastage of daily production.
∎ Must take initiative on lean manufacturing, learning of lean tools and looking for scope of implementation in the factory by ensure proper yarn and dyes consumption.
∎ Analyse Customer samples and figure out the best production method and execute those methods with relevant section heads to ensure customer delivery on time with right first time.
∎ To maintain and works on wastage minimization and to reduce major defect of products to improve quality.
∎ Carry on any other task / duties assigned by the Management.
