Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and execute marketing strategies for new outlet launches.
∎ Coordinate with operations and branding teams to ensure market readiness.
∎ Lead promotional campaigns across digital, print, and on-ground platforms.
∎ Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors.
∎ Establish relationships with media, vendors, and promotional partners.
∎ Regularly report to the Director on marketing performance.
∎ Supervise and mentor marketing team members.
∎ Ensure brand consistency across all retail touchpoints.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management
∎ As a Manager of Marketing, you will lead the marketing strategy for Assurance Farm OPC as we expand to 30 outlets in Dhaka. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns, developing our brand presence, analyzing market trends, and ensuring successful outlet launches.
