∎ Bachelor’s/Master’s in Textile Engineering, Apparel Merchandising, Marketing, or Business Administration.
∎ Strong understanding of global apparel markets and buyer requirements.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English.
∎ Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to work independently under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The candidate must have extensive knowledge in apparel marketing, product development, buyer communication, costing, and team management.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with international buyers and sourcing agents.
∎ Lead the marketing & merchandising team to ensure on-time product development, sampling, costing, and order execution.
∎ Analyze market trends, develop marketing strategies, and identify new business opportunities.
∎ Plan and oversee the order booking process to ensure production and shipment deadlines are met.
∎ Ensure proper costing and pricing negotiations with clients to maximize profitability.
∎ Coordinate with production, planning, and quality teams to ensure smooth order execution.
∎ Support senior management in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
