Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating sales action plans.
∎ Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
∎ Build up cordial relationship with existing clients, follow-up of complaints and requirement
∎ to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
∎ Maintain customer record and follow up system.
∎ Provide support to necessary information.
∎ Organize internal and external meetings regarding customer service issues.
∎ Handle the team with proficiency and smartness.
∎ Collect necessary information from clients.
∎ Client/ Field Visit (If necessary).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have minimum 3 years of experience in the following area(s): Apartment Business, Real Estate and Land sector, Client Relations/ Services,
∎ Proficiency in oral and written communication in English and Bangla.
