Area/ Territory Marketing, Business Development, Corporate Sales and Marketing, Dealer Management, Distribution/ Supply Chain Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop marketing strategies to support the company's overall strategies and objectives
∎ Develop & implemented marketing plan for the subordinate also regular supervision
∎ Very good knowledge about electric products like LED light, Backup Light, Tube Light,Fan, Switch, Socket, Cables, small appliances e.t.c.
∎ Continuous and relevant field visit for customer sourcing, attending sales call and promotional activities.
∎ Set performance norms for the SR and monitor their performance
∎ Should be able to work under pressure and meet strong deadlines
∎ Any other task assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should able to supervise field level officers independently.
∎ This is a target-oriented position, have to manage proactive sales to ensure sales target are achieved within planned time frame.
∎ It is a highly mobile position, have to work 20-24 days in field to manage assigned territories
Salary: Negotiable
