∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Science (MSc), Master of Arts (MA)
∎ Master’s in any discipline, MBA Marketing Preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate Sale, Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out company defined policies and rules among the field level work forces.
∎ Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.
∎ Made a plan / forecasting and to achieve monthly / quarterly / yearly sales.
∎ Evaluate the performance of front level sales executives.
∎ To be prompt to attend customer queries/complaint.
∎ To ensures customer satisfaction pre/post sales service.
∎ Conduct regular meetings with sales executives to review progress of the sales team and to chart a new path for them.
∎ Make own style of managing and leading 20 ~ 25 team members to achieve target.
∎ Communicating with customers regarding unexpected delays in meeting their needs / making delay in delivery.
∎ Establish active communication and engagement with sales executives to ensure that orders are processed promptly
∎ Monitoring and budgeting expenses of Travelling and Daily expenses, incentives, commission etc.
∎ Willing to adopt and carryout any tasks other than the above to be assigned by the Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Job Location: Dhaka Corporate offices based position, willing to travel nationwide intensively 15-20 days in a month with full time companies vehicle.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
