Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Textile engineering or apparel merchandising background will be preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 9 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Must be very good in communicating in fluent English.
∎ Applicant should be well capable do deal with foreign customers.
∎ Maintain various items Woven ( Pant shirt & Jacket) etc.
∎ Sufficient knowledge on woven tops and bottoms.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle all merchandiser issues indecently starting from query to shipment.
∎ Ensure that fabric and accessories are available in factory within time.
∎ Ensure that production is running as per plan to meet production target & delivery requirement.
∎ Work closely with team leader, assistants and QC department.
∎ Maintain various documents (buyer wise/style wise order wise).
∎ Very strong knowledge on costing, price negotiation, sourcing of fabrics, accessories & any other material local & import.
∎ Regular monitoring of the Sample/production lines/factories to achieve for times shipment.
∎ Daily basis update to divisional head & others concern in own accord.
∎ Coordination with factory team, internal communication, open minded & habituated working with multi-culture environment.
∎ Capable to work under pressure.
∎ Develop sample upon customer requirement
∎ Monitor the production status and progress, solve the related issues.
