∎ Age 27 to 36 years
∎ Minimum 7 years practical experiences in Micro finance field along with at least 3 years practical working experience as Regional/Zonal Manager.
∎ Full time car use facility.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To prepare annual action plan and analysis.
∎ To analysis MIS report.
∎ Field survey to open new branch.
∎ To conduct training for building up the staff.
∎ Must have practical experience in making reports with funding and employee management experience.
∎ Must have clear ideas about MRA policies and VAT tax policies.
∎ Overall supervision of the branches of the respective region.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ After 3 months, if she becomes the permanent employee of the organization, others financial benefits will be offered as per the organizational policy like provident fund, gratuity, Festival bonus, Yearly increment, Staff insurance, Medical aid.
