Job Responsibilities:
∎ Data collection and management
∎ Critically review the manufacturing unit (RMG, Accessories, Food) data
∎ Identify the data Source & CPs from different unites
∎ Define the data cycle and prepare data input format
∎ Define/ set the data format [Time, quantity, performance and etc.]
∎ Oversee the data collection
∎
∎ Data Analysis in pre-set format & Reporting
∎ Develop analytical formulas and design report criteria
∎ Develop analytical frameworks, statistical models, and data mining techniques
∎ Conduct analysis [Target vs production, capacity, utilization, sales, financial impact and performance]
∎ Variance analysis
∎ Oversee the preparation and presentation of reports for different manufacturing unites
∎ Design summary dashboards
∎ Create the list of summary reports
∎ Cost Analysis
∎ Identify the recurring cost heads, analyzing the inefficiencies for cost controlling
∎ Reconciliation between pre & post-cost and root cause analysis
∎ Risk analysis [Financial & overall company profitability]
∎ Submit reports with expert opinion and improvement proposal
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5-10 Years experience in Cost Accounting or Data Analytics, preferably in the same industry.
∎ Understanding production process & project data analysis, cost control, and risk management.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Familiarity with data management software and advance excel & Power BI.
∎ Knowledge on the latest trends and technologies in the industry.
