Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain effective communication with German officials and liaise with embassy representatives.
∎ To ensure day-to-day office activities.
∎ Conduct regular Audits for all processes & implement all new process rollouts or changes.
∎ To ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ To ensure local & international compliance, 100% implementation of SOP standards.
∎ To ensure team building. Staff supervision & guidance.
∎ Coordinate with different department like HR, Finance, Procurement, Administration, Quality, Branding etc.
∎ Manage daily operations of the center. Lead new process rollouts at Visa Application Centers.
∎ Collaborate with Value-Added Services team to create new revenue channels.
∎ Ensure adherence to corporate security policies.
∎ Manage unit efficiency, productivity, and alignment with team goals.
∎ Ensure compliance with processes and Service Level Agreements.
