Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Assembly, Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Health Safety and Environment, ISO (QMS EMS OHSAS), Manufacturing and Quality, Plant Management, Plant Operation, Production, Production Process, welding Section in Motorcycle Industry
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Bicycle, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (FMCG), Mobile Accessories

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good Knowledge of Paint systems
∎ Good proficiency in Analytics
∎ Good Leadership capability
∎ Good hands on knowledge of Painting Robots (ABB experience is preferable)
∎ To monitor preventive and predictive maintenance progress as per schedule of equipment
∎ Should have good knowledge & Hands on experience of Robot Paint circulation system,
∎ To monitor and improve Safety, TPM, 5S score of his cell through continuous improvements.
∎ To improve the quality level and skill of associates in maintenance by continuous monitoring and imparting training to associates
∎ To monitor and maintain stocks for consumable spares.
∎ To maintain safety of equipment's by monitoring safety interlocks.
∎ Ensure HSE Policies and Implement Efficient Manpower Planning to Achieve Daily, Monthly Production Target.
∎ Strategic Delegation of Maintenance Issue to Teammates for Effective and Efficient Problem Solving.
∎ Daily planning of factory and production flow operations.
∎ Use resources to manage and improve productivity and output.
∎ Coordinating with other production engineers and supervisors
∎ Review production process and identifying issues
∎ Reporting concerns and rectifying any issues
∎ Monitor costs and implement cost saving exercises
∎ Produce production reports

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3-5 years experience of working in Paint Shop ( Experience in Automobile Paint Shop is preferred)
∎ Sound knowledge in Automation is Preferable.
∎ Strong communication skills and Strong coordination skills
∎ Lean manufacturing experience and Responds to changing environment
∎ Should have pleasant personality with unique way of approach to achieve the target.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
∎ Capable of sound reporting for executing management decision.
∎ Good Computer literacy is must especially in MS Office and E-communication.
