Job Responsibilities:
∎ Require to handle different type of customer request channel.
∎ Handling outbound calls.
∎ Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders.
∎ Ensure the service quality and customer satisfaction and monitor and maintain proper functionality
∎ Order process as per customer demand and time line set by organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
∎ Good oral communication skill.
∎ Customer focus & Good listening skill.
∎ Excellent in Emailing & Have good knowledge in MS-Excel work.
