Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Supply Chain Management
∎ Skills Required: Excellent interpersonal communication skills, EXCELLENT NEGOTIATION SKILL, Good command over MS Office Package, Proactive and Positive attitude

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Foreign procurement, Local Procurement, Purchase/ Procurement, supply chain management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Comparative Statement for all purchases, prepare CS (Comparative Statement), negotiating prices, Terms and conditions with the supplier and establishing PO.
∎ Monitor the availability of stocked raw materials and forecast upcoming levels of demand. Coordinate with Factory Management, Factory stores, and follow up on material flow on time.
∎ To explore new suppliers, vendors to enhance the product quality & services.
∎ Provide periodic reporting for management on purchasing, controls and processes.
∎ Maintain proper correspondents with factory, Transport, C&F, Bank and other concerned offices.
∎ Regularly communicate with Store Manager & transport people for goods loading & delivery.
∎ Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
∎ Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
∎ Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
∎ Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.
∎ To Ensure NOC, BL, Insurance papers are forwarded to C&F agent on due time to release the import materials / goods
∎ To prepare L/C opening application and submit it to the bank for opening L/C
∎ To check & ensure all relevant documents / papers are required for opening the L/C
∎ To coordinate with the bank if any amendment in L/C is required to release the goods
∎ Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
∎ Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
∎ Overseeing and managing the ERP systems that track materials imports, inventory, and the supply of goods.
∎ Preparing procurement reports.

∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Work independently in commercial, supply chain, accounts in a manufacturing company.
