Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ Master's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing procurement strategies: Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's objectives and goals. Also ensure that the procurement process complies with the company's policies and regulations.
∎ Managing supplier relationships: build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Also negotiate contracts and prices with suppliers to obtain the best possible terms.
∎ Monitoring inventory levels: responsible for monitoring inventory levels and ensuring that they are sufficient to meet the organization's needs. Also manage the ordering process to ensure that materials are ordered on time.
∎ Managing procurement staff: Manage a team of procurement staff, ensuring that they are trained, motivated, and working efficiently. Also be responsible for setting performance targets and evaluating staff performance.
∎ Monitoring market trends: Monitor market trends and make recommendations for changes to the procurement process, as necessary. Also keep abreast of changes in regulations and compliance requirements.
∎ Budget management: responsible for managing the procurement budget, ensuring that costs are controlled, and that the organization obtains the best value for money.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5-7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management in food industries.
∎ Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
∎ Strong organizational and time management skills.
∎ Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.
∎ Knowledge of the FMCG industry and its procurement requirements.
∎ Leadership and management skills.
