CAD, Sample
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Main Key strength hear is 99% first time sample approval rate that gives more compatible of production lead time and monitoring quality process.
∎ 2. Maintain the higher productivity slandered in the sample room with good quality.
∎ 3. Attend the fit season with Technologist while reviewing the sample in BD liaison offices.
∎ 4. Maintain the sample T & A 100% to run the smooth flow in the sub factories.
∎ 5. Dealing with buyer for selection stage to developing samples/preparing tech details /preparing graded spec/fit-on technical analyzing as a garment technologist.
∎ 6. Quality & Technical related concerns/ issues in sampling to finishing.
∎ 7. Consumption & costing saving.
∎ 8. Insure & quality of product manufactured from design till the final inspection & ensures customer satisfaction.
∎ 9. Attending the customer complaints issues & ensures the corrective actions.
∎ 10. Co- ordinate with the factory staff with respect to quality & ensure smooth flow of production.
Additional Requirements:
