Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to make Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities to meet production targets and deadlines.
∎ Implement and maintain production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
∎ Able to manage a team of supervisors and production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation.
∎ Monitor and control production costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
∎ Collaborate with other departments such as quality control, maintenance, and logistics to ensure smooth production flow.
∎ Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
∎ Evaluates & monitors the operation parameters and take immediate corrective action.
∎ Prepare production reports and present them to senior management.
∎ Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Proven experience as a Production Manager in a footwear manufacturing or related industry.
∎ Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and compliance standards.
∎ Excellent leadership and communication skills.
∎ Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
∎ Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools.
∎ Strong organizational and time management skills.
