Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, organize, and control production schedules to meet customer demands and delivery deadlines.
∎ Supervise and manage production lines, ensuring efficient use of materials, manpower, and machinery.
∎ Implement and monitor quality assurance standards to ensure product consistency and compliance with specifications.
∎ Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the production process and initiate improvements.
∎ Monitor daily production metrics and ensure optimal equipment utilization and workforce deployment.
∎ Lead day-to-day operational activities across production, maintenance, logistics, and inventory.
∎ Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and improve operational KPIs.
∎ Monitor operational performance and ensure alignment with business goals.
∎ Ensure raw materials and finished goods inventory are well maintained and tracked.
∎ Collaborate with the procurement and supply chain departments to ensure material availability.
∎ Oversee facility management, machine upkeep, and energy consumption control.
