Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Industrial Engineering/Management background from any recognized university will get preference.

∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop accurate production plan including capacity assessment/planning and scheduling of production, based on the work orders received from different customers and requests by the sales team.
∎ Distribute production plan to the management and all relevant departments including production, sales, marketing, inventory and others on a daily basis.
∎ Work with GM production for analyzing production capacity of different production unites and the resource requirements as well as coordinating necessary adjustments with production plan.
∎ Oversee the production plan execution process and submit the up-to-date report on a daily basis to the top management and other relevant groups.
∎ Monitor and identify any division between planned production and execution process and work with GM production and sales team to relieve production bottlenecks and delays.
∎ Update production planning time to time according to the current situation.
∎ Submits accurate material procurement plan based on demand and stock conditions by calculating the production material requirements in coordination with GM production, Inventory in charge and procurement manager.
∎ Oversee the material supply flow and inventory level during the production process, materials stored in the warehouse as well as the incoming and outgoing goods to ensure smooth production and delivery.
∎ Fulfill demands with optimal inventory levels and optimize stock control across multiple locations with the inventory management software.
∎ Identify and resolve problems relating to inventory control in coordination with production, inventory and procurement team.
∎ Ensure the submission of accurate inventory report to the respective departments including top management, production, procurement and finance department on a monthly basis as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Extensive knowledge on manufacturing process & requirements, Production planning and quality control principles.
∎ Ability to lead and inspire the team in a challenging job atmosphere.
∎ Well groomed, energetic and ability to work under pressure and complete the task within a prescribed time frame.
∎ Self driven, result oriented, hardworking and positive attitude towards responsibilities.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal & written communication skills both in English ang Bangla.
∎ Computer skills on ERP.MS-Office, email communications and web based meeting tools.
