Requirements:

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ 10-15 years of experience in Production, preferably in a precast pile plant, Ready Mix Concrete industry, or heavy manufacturing environment
∎ Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, fabrication, and rotating machinery
∎ Knowledge of concrete batching, formwork, reinforcement, and curing processes
∎ Familiarity with ERP systems, production planning software, and Microsoft Office
∎ Safety training, lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma certification is a plus
∎ Leadership, problem-solving, strong communication, and decision-making abilities

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on project requirements
∎ Monitor production targets, ensuring timely completion of precast piles with minimal waste
∎ Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and quality control teams to ensure smooth operation
∎ Analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
∎ Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
∎ Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials
∎ Ensure all precast piles meet quality standards and client specification
∎ Work closely with the Quality Control team to address defects and implement corrective actions
∎ Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies• Supervise, train, and motivate production staff, including supervisors and operators
∎ Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching for continuous improvement
∎ Ensure proper functioning of production equipment by coordinating with Mechanical & Electrical maintenance team
∎ Monitor machine efficiency and suggest upgrades or repairs as needed
∎ Enforce strict adherence to workplace safety regulations and procedures
∎ Promote environmental sustainability and waste management practices in production
∎ Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and resource usage
