∎ Have working experience in a reputed factory with handle major buyers like Puma, M&S, Decathlon, H & M & Toray.
∎ Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills are required.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire workers team and staff.
∎ Self-motivated and responsible.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Should be a team player with good interpersonal skills.
∎ Should be a proactive and result-oriented.
∎ Work in a Knit Garments factory will be given preference
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and coordinate the flow of materials to the fabric department to ensure daily production targets are met in the sewing section.
∎ Ensure production capacity, quality, and timelines are aligned with buyer-specific requirements.
∎ Verify and optimize line layouts for individual styles, making adjustments as needed by balancing skilled workers in the sewing section.
∎ Establish line layouts based on SMV (Standard Minute Value) and focus on increasing production efficiency.
∎ Communicate and collaborate with Merchandising, Planning, Industrial Engineering (IE), Store, Cutting, Maintenance, Sewing, Finishing, and Packing teams.
∎ Work closely with the machine maintenance team to secure optimal technical support.
∎ Demonstrate proficiency in understanding technical files, pre-production (PP) comments, and their implementation on the production floor.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by minimizing wastage such as rejections, alterations, overproduction, and unnecessary overtime.
∎ Organize and ensure training for workers and helpers to boost productivity, uphold quality standards, maintain discipline, and reduce absenteeism and turnover rates.
