Educational Requirements:
∎ BA/MA or any other relevant subject from any reputed university. PGD in TQM will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor and observe the all kinds of process test and QC matters.
∎ Inspect products, processes, and metrics to find opportunities to improve the quality.
∎ Oversee all activities and tasks needed to maintain a desired level of excellence within production & its operations.
∎ Determination of Quality policy, creating & implementing quality planning and assurance, and quality control and quality improvement measures.
∎ To hold all parties involved in the production process accountable for the overall quality of the final product.
∎ To make understand employees the benefits and importance of total quality management.
∎ Implement and drive a culture of continuous improvement in the quality in the organization and throughout the business operations.
∎ Along with leadership in customer quality, Quality Management System compliance and internal process control.
∎ Lead in the development of training standards for quality processes and procedures.
∎ Manage the tracking of key performance indicators to support quality plan objectives.
∎ Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
∎ Devise and review specifications for products or processes
∎ Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback
∎ Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
∎ Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements
∎ Approve the right products or reject defectives
∎ To oversee the design development process & sample making to ensure them production friendly.
∎ Develop new samples according to buyers need as well & coordinate with Modeling section.
∎ Oversee the whole production process both in terms of Quality & Quantity.
∎ As per advice & any other instruction issued time to time and undertake other task as I would be directed to perform by my superior employees or employer.
∎ To perform any other assignment given by the management, minutely exercising overall the onerous responsibilities of the research & development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 3 years related managerial experience is mandatory.
∎ Experience must be in Ceramics or manufacturing organization.
∎ Proven understanding of Factory TQM/related Certification.
∎ Require knowledge on audits, company policies and design control systems.
∎ Knowledge of Data management.
∎ Excellent computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, Power Point, Excel)
∎ Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
∎ Presentation skills
∎ Ability to manage a varied workload, work under pressure, priorities and meet deadlines
∎ Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable to the needs of the organization
∎ Focused on delivering results by taking calculated-risks and problem-solving approach.
