∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): QUALITY ASSURANCE, Quality Sewing, Sewing quality
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for evaluating and supervising the performance of the Supervisor and Quality Auditor duties.
∎ Responsible for ensuring that all Department Personnel comply with the Certification Program and that each member meets the profile and competencies for the position.
∎ Work as a team with area leaders to evaluate and ensure the quality standards of the plant by monitoring the results obtained on a daily basis.
∎ Lead and influence quality improvement through the development and execution of effective action plans.
∎ Monitor the proper functioning of the Quality app in your plant.
∎ Ensure that the Product is processed in each operation according to specifications techniques and quality criteria according to each brand by complying with the results of internal and external indicators.
∎ Ensure that the non-conforming product is not exported as prime quality.
∎ Evaluate the staff under his/her charge according to the tools available from Evaluation and follow-up on the retraining of underperforming auditors.
∎ Report quality results of non-conforming batches received by the supplier, or supplier of raw materials (textiles) or accessories (external suppliers) and request the Preventive and corrective actions to avoid recurrence.
∎ Perform any other operation-related function indicated by immediate supervisor.
