Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate products and production equipment.
∎ Ensuring that products adhere to quality standards.
∎ Arrange daily printing production plan and discuss with printing manager
∎ Monitor and follow-up daily sample development.
∎ Coordinate with merchant, planning, CAD and printing manager for operational/monitoring related documents, pattern, design, and strike off arrangement.
∎ Conducting internal preproduction meeting for new style before start production
∎ Ensure all quality system and procedure is functioning properly
∎ Review daily quality reports are maintaining accurately on time and accordance with the established procedure.
∎ Take corrective action in-front when the quality in-charge and supervisor raised the quality issues to prevent future defects and inform the production concern person.
∎ Monitoring and follow-up on printing supervisor and in-charge hourly.
∎ Assist quality head to implement something new printing floor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Incumbent should have working experience as a Manager-Quality from any reputed Garment/ Apparel industry.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
∎ Excellent computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
∎ Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent negotiation skill and quick decision making ability.
∎ Perfect proficiency to read, write and speak English and Bangla.
∎ Should able to work under pressure.
∎ Candidates with ASCM / APICS valid SCOR-p, CPIM, CSCP, CLTD certificates will be treated with highest priority.
Salary: Negotiable
