∎ Minimum of 7 years of experience in health program management, clinical quality improvement, or pharmacy quality assurance.
∎ Proven experience in clinical audits, program evaluation, and the development of health and pharmacy guidelines.
∎ Familiarity with global health mandates, AMR strategies, and pharmacovigilance programs.
∎ Medical/biomedical background
∎ Familiarity with tropical diseases / infectious diseases
∎ Professional experience supervising, managing or training staff
∎ Knowledge of other languages, in particular English and/or Bangla

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The position Manager-Quality will oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of SCI's humanitarian direct and partner-led health and nutrition programs to ensure optimal clinical and program quality, impact, and compliance with SCI's global medical and pharmacy mandates. This includes managing clinical audits, ensuring the rational use of drugs, incorporating an antimicrobial resistance approach, adhering to infectious disease standards, improving health service delivery, and maintaining patient and staff safety. The manager will also lead efforts in infection prevention and control, as well as promote continuous improvement in direct and partner-led clinical and pharmacy services.
