Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Quality System integration and implementation with communication.
∎ Promote awareness of Quality Policy, Quality issues and its defective root cause analysis.
∎ Promote awareness of customer requirements.
∎ To ensure smooth in Work process according to flow chart of quality. If any missing of workflow, then make CPA.
∎ Develop SOP's for smooth Quality Inspection Operations of the organization.
∎ Control of documentation & record master list.
∎ Quality Scorecard data documentation develops and maintains.
∎ Set departments wise measurable goals/Targets. Also maintain target follow-up data analysis. If found any discrepancy, then make cause and effect analysis at defective area with CPA.
∎ Supplier performance evaluation made. If found any poor performance supplier, then make a corrective action plan.
∎ Any assigned work by top management also follow-up traffic light system & proper follow-up poor housekeeping regarding buyer requirements.
∎ Daily meeting with all QS & NQC team for shipment and their full day working purpose.
∎ Floor visit for ensuring Quality and QS requirements.
∎ Follow up buyers all QS and inspection-related activities and working to solve the problem.
∎ Conduct an internal QS audit using and following H&M's QS guideline & checklist monthly basis.
∎ Prepare a clear report after auditing, and send & explain it to the Supplier and those concerned within the Production teams
∎ Follow up QMS team activities, working to Develop an internal Quality Control team in QS
∎ Conduct an internal ISC Audit and make a report & send to H&M office monthly basis.
∎ Conduct an internal Pre-Production Meeting for every new style with factory concern.
∎ Daily basis Floor visits on MR points and H&M requirements.
∎ Communication with buyer Technician & Merchandiser for any Critical issue purpose & solve the issue.
∎ Regular basis H&M all kinds of Link up-date such as Inspection Link, DHU Link, ISC Link & Shipment Link.
∎ Finally meeting with a buyer all QS responsible full day activities and buyer inspection (initial, inline, final) and shipment activities such as re-check or any other Critical issue.
∎ Any other assignment was given by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have work experience with buyer H&M.
∎ Should have to design the quality training programs.
∎ Good communication skills in English.
∎ Good command of quality control processes.
∎ Must have knowledge of Quality Management system.
∎ Must have computer literacy with good analytical skills
