Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good knowledge in Woven Garment Quality maintain & production and planning.
∎ Manage quality platform and attend each inspection and quality control.
∎ Achieve day to day Quality full garments target production as per given plan.
∎ Assess, evaluate and seek for ways to increase operation efficiency through continuous process improvement.
∎ Supervise in the handling of sample evaluation and production approval by reviewing the measurement, workmanship, fitting, accessories, etc., and giving comments on the production.
∎ Maintain Quality inspection activity for product throughout the production Life-cycle.
∎ Attend PP Meeting for clear understanding of buyer requirements regarding quality issue.
∎ To ensure & check finish pattern marking procedure & swatch procedure.
∎ Reporting to the senior management (Daily).
∎ To effectively coordinate and liaison with merchandisers for getting the Garments on-time.
∎ Should have to design and develop new ways regarding improvement of quality.
∎ Ability to lead & Train Full team of Quality In-charge & Controller etc.
∎ Capable to implement latest trends and vision in Quality requirements of buyers
∎ Must have experience of handling world reputed buyers.
∎ Other related responsibilities provide by the authority.
