Real Estate, Engineering Firms
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare structural, finishing and plumbing BOQ as per approved drawing to measure the required quantity of materials.
∎ Prepare rate analysis for each item as per current market price in order to determine the actual cost per unit of items.
∎ Finalize master budget of projects as per approved drawings and documents to anticipate all costs and expenses.
∎ Check and verify addition / omission file from the concerned department or site to find out total cost of modification work.
∎ Coordinate with site for revision drawing.
∎ Check & update the revised budget time to time in order to verify actual cost. Incorporate material quantity along with labour and Materials rate into software.
∎ Supervise a team of professionals and assure constant development through man, machine and mechanism.
∎ Prepare and validate different related reports and others relevant documents.
∎ Ensure involvement in cost planning and commercial management throughout the entire life cycle of the projects from inception to post-completion.
∎ Carry out other activities as deemed necessary for the department.
