∎ Diploma / B.Sc. in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Detail drawing understanding Architectural, Structural, 3D views & Interior drawing of the different projects
∎ Estimating the total materials requirements as per drawing
∎ Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) as per drawing
∎ Prepare details budget of individual project according to work schedule program
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly & yearly budget according to work schedule program
∎ Prepare materials rate analysis according to market price
∎ Prepare feasibility study of any up-coming project
∎ Coordination with design team & consultant
∎ Coordination with project engineer for any technical issues
∎ Checking all types of requisitions as per BOQ
∎ Checking all types of contractor bill as per field measurement & BOQ
∎ Modification & renovation works by Auto-Cad
∎ Coordination with Supply chain management department for materials requirement
∎ Be able to work in the stressful situation
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s) experience with B. Sc. or 20 year(s) experience with Diploma in Civil Engineering
∎ The applicants must have experience in the construction sector
