Apparel, Textile, Working with a testing Laboratory for apparel
Job Context:
∎ Soorty Textiles (BD) Ltd is a high quality Denim Garments manufacture in Comilla - EPZ. It is vertical setup of denim garment manufacturing company with Embroidery, Printing Laundry & ETP. We are certified for GOTS (Global Organic Textiles Standard)/OCS (Organic Content Standard)/LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)/BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative)/SMETA (SEDEX Members Ethical Trade Audit).
∎ Location: Comilla Export Processing Zone
∎ Reporting Authority: Head of Laundry
∎ Work Hours : 8-hour work shift, 8:00 am-5:00 pm and as per company policy
∎ Saturday to Thursdays
∎ Minimal amount of being "on-call"
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to handle all kind of all kind of denim washes such Random/acid wash/enzyme /bleach /tie-dye /dip bleach/resin wash etc.
∎ Ability to handle Sustainable washes with E- flow /ozone /G2 /laser machine /EIM Score.
∎ Handle and chemicals related denim and garment dyeing.
∎ Involve with Lab testing samples /ozone test /color fastness/tear strength etc.
∎ Need to corresponding and coordinate with merchandising/marketing departments whenever necessary
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Communication in English
∎ Strong decision making skills
∎ Good team player
Salary: Negotiable
