∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks, track progress, and meet deadlines.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
∎ Ability to identify and resolve technical issues related to denim production.
∎ Ability to lead and motivate a team of R&D professionals.
