Job Context:
∎ Work Location: IRC-Bangladesh, Cox’s Bazar Office.
∎ Reporting to: Education Coordinator
∎ Department: Education
∎ Expected Start Date: At Earliest
∎ Contract length: Till 31st March 2023 (with possibility of extension subject to funding, program needs and performance of incumbent)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 year of relevant work experience required; specific experience on literature review, research plan development preferred
∎ Excellent project management and organizational skills, particularly managing research projects; meticulous attention to detail
∎ Fluent in English and Bangla; fluent in Rohingya, Chittagonian, or Burmese a plus
∎ A strong understanding of research methods and prior training/experience in conducting both qualitative and quantitative research
∎ Flexible, independent, self-motivating, ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure
∎ Ability to work in a diverse, multi-cultural environment
Salary: Tk. 111200 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Retention Benefits: 2 (Two) Basic salaries in a year, eligible after 6 months of service, Gratuity: As per Policy, Health and Life Insurance. Mobile Allowance: as per policy)
