∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in sales admin or coordination roles
∎ Strong Excel and reporting skills
∎ Good communication and organizational skills
∎ Experience in FMCG or manufacturing is a plus
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor and manage daily sales data, targets, and achievements
∎ Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards for management
∎ Track distributor orders, sales schemes, and promotional offers
∎ Maintain records of SR/DSM/NSM performance and incentives
∎ Support order processing and coordination with logistics & finance
∎ Ensure proper communication across sales teams and departments
∎ Assist in claim settlements, scheme tracking, and performance reviews
∎ Job Summary:
∎ We are looking for a Sales Admin Manager to oversee and manage all sales support activities. The role ensures smooth coordination between the field sales team, distributors, supply chain, and finance to help the sales team achieve their targets efficiently.
