Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with the sales teams to understand customer requirements and promote the sale of Textile machines.
∎ Provide sales support and technical expertise to assist in closing deals.
∎ Offer extensive technical expertise and support for the installation and use of our machinery.
∎ Deliver machine configurations that align with customer needs.
∎ Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain our products and services to customers and prospects.
∎ Arrange for demonstrations or trial installations of equipment to showcase their capabilities.
∎ Develop, present, and respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including responses to requests for proposals and industry-specific solutions.
∎ Identify potential customers for our products and services.
∎ Provide technical and non-technical support and services to clients and staff members regarding the operation and maintenance of equipment.
∎ Resolve customer complaints related to sales and service.
∎ Review operational records and reports to determine the profitability of machinery sales.
∎ Determine price schedules and discount rates.
∎ Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures related to machinery sales and support activities.
∎ Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service accounting, record-keeping, and receiving and shipping operations.
∎ Represent the company at trade association meetings to promote our products.
∎ Confer with potential customers to assess their equipment needs and provide guidance on the types of machinery to purchase.
∎ Maintain sales forecasting reports to track progress and make informed decisions.
∎ Identify resale opportunities and support efforts to achieve sales plans.
∎ Secure and renew orders, and arrange for timely delivery of machinery.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Proven experience in machinery sales, technical support, and customer service.
∎ Strong technical knowledge of Textile machines.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
∎ Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
∎ Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
∎ Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis
∎ Willingness to travel as required.
