Job Responsibilities:
∎ Determine profit plans by implementing marketing strategies by analyzing trends and results.
∎ Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales and projecting expected sales volume.
∎ Maintain sales volume and selling price.
∎ Follow up sales requirements with assigning employees.
∎ Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Provide encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals.
∎ Communicate deadlines to achieve sales goals to team members.
∎ Follow-up production, LC collection, documentation, bank acceptance and cross check with CRD department.
∎ Conduct team meetings on regular basis regarding sales target.
∎ Visit buyer on regular basis with team members.
∎ Generate and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance to higher management.
∎ Provide quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints.
∎ Distribute sales commission effectively.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Experience should be on related field.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
