∎ Computer proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and Power point is a must.

∎ Excellent communication skills with strong sense of responsibilities.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
∎ Have to ensure the optimum mobility of field sales force, trouble shooting and remove discrepancies in field sales operation.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve primary and secondary sales targets in assigned divisions.
∎ Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets.
∎ Distribute daily sales targets and ensure achievement.
∎ Assign, coach, and motivate sales staff.
∎ Provide counseling and discipline to sales staff in the assigned region.
∎ Visit depots and dealer points regularly.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, customers, and stakeholders to strengthen the network and expand coverage.
∎ Conduct weekly reviews of monthly targets.
∎ Finding and Appointing Distributors and Dealers in New Territory and Markets·
∎ Achieving Monthly Target oriented and able to fulfill responsibility.
∎ Providing supervision through extensive field visits, observations and measurement of results to include performance appraisals and salary reviews.
∎ Ensuring Distributors Timely lifting·
∎ Ensuring and Building Sufficient amount of Product Stock at Retail·
∎ Executing Visibility Dominance in the market over Competitors·
∎ New Consumer Base/ market visit client hunt and creating market opportunity.
