Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) In Agricultural Business Management or Marketing.
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) In Agricultural Business Management or Marketing.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor market trends.
∎ To study competitors' products and services.
∎ To explore ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing profitability.
∎ To identify target markets and developing strategies.
∎ To oversee the management of the production of promotional material.
∎ To oversee the management and bookings of shows.
∎ To control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
∎ Further development of the companies online presence and development of e-commerce systems.
∎ Development of business plans and sales strategy to ensure the attainment of Bangladesh sales targets and profitability.
∎ To prepare Budgets, Sales Forecasts, Sales Performance Reviews & Projections.
∎ Assist Area Managers with the preparation of proposals and presentations.
∎ Assist in the development of sales campaigns and implementation of the marketing plans as needed.
∎ Support Area Managers with dealer visits, product presentations and shows as needed.
∎ To develop a new online whole goods ordering system.
∎ Responsible rolling out Finance campaigns as needed.
∎ Responsible for sales office administration.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ideally educated to Degree level in a relevant subject, i.e. Agricultural Business Management or Marketing.
∎ Good knowledge of agricultural machinery is desirable.
∎ Excellent Organizational skills.
∎ Strong Team Player.
∎ Excellent IT Skills.
∎ Good oral and written Communication skills.
∎ Numeracy and Analytical ability.
∎ Business and Commercial Acumen.
∎ Drive and Ambition.
∎ Previous Marketing experience will be beneficial, ideally gained within agricultural, grounds care or similar equipment business.
∎ Sales or Business Development experience desirable.
Salary: Negotiable
